Position Available: Loan Assistant/Servicing Representative

Location: 1400 South International Parkway, Lake Mary, FL 32746

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Overtime Performance Bonuses

Role Summary: As a Loan Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the loan process. Your role will involve initiating contact with potential clients, guiding them through the application process, and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals. As a Servicing Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationship between our mortgage lending institution and borrowers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales leads and service queries via phone, internet, and walk-ins.
• Educate clients about loan requirements, fees, payment options, and interest rates.
• Assess financial eligibility and present suitable loan options, with a predominant emphasis on refinancing.
• Process applications and maintain detailed documentation.
• Stay informed about mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.
• Manage borrower escrow accounts, ensuring that taxes and insurance are handled properly.
• Assist with phone calls for current clients with their loan held by in-house servicing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contribute to quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Generate and analyze reports related to mortgage servicing activities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of loan processing and the real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish(preferred)

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Flexibility for overtime as approved by management.
