Oversees and coordinates processing and documenting loan transactions, insurance, and tax bills, and performing escrow analysis. ROLE SUMMARY
Fluent operates in a high-security environment, with the safety and security of the company’s employees and facility being of the utmost priority and concern. The security supervisor utilizes the key responsibilities enumerated below to create a safe environment for the production of medical cannabis and ensure the safety of all employees.
HOURS
Thursday - Sunday 6:30 AM - 5:15 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overseeing surveillance systems at the Schulenburg facility.
· Regulating and monitoring facility access to vendors and visitors.
· Daily checks of the Schulenburg facility cameras and all offices, and perimeter.
· Maintain, review, and modify employee access control and company photograph identification privileges.
· Review the Diversion and other security-related SOP’s and send recommended revisions as needed.
· Maintain a professional and working relationship with the off-site alarm/camera operations company.
· Be willing to be the first call in the event of an alarm in the facility and determine whether to dispatch police.
· Investigate and respond, if necessary, to any reported accidents, thefts, property loss or unlawful activities.
· Provide a daily security incident report.
· Utilizing existing anti-diversion measures to ensure the safety and security of all cannabis, medical cannabis products and employees.
· Maintain a professional and working relationship with city, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
· Ensure compliance by employees of security-related guidelines and procedures.
· Be willing to perform additional security-related responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of three years of security operations experience.
· Must be able to accurately use laptop desktop and operate camera NVR for review/investigations.
· Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
· Must be a highly organized administrator with an excellent working knowledge of security operations, safety practices.
· Superb written and oral communication skills.
· Thorough knowledge of the technology related to data processing.
SKILLS
Well organized and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Must be able to communicate complex information.
Must be trustworthy.
Multitasker, with the ability to work on several tasks without losing focus.
Possesses extreme discretion and confidentiality.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has responsibility for the security of the personnel and products, as well as the facility.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in cultivation and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses cultivation processing equipment and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand for extended periods; walk; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, {Must be able to individually lift up to 25 lbs}. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position requires after hours/weekend responsibilities.
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement, Criminology, or a related field preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
Must pass a drug screening.
