Employment Solutions is currently seeking a_ Bilingual Payment Desk Clerk , _available to work onsite and be able to start asap. A Payment Desk Clerk supports in-person customer payments. Our client is a leading provider of parking management services to municipal and commercial clients, including citation processing, debt collections, and integrated parking management services.
Qualified and experienced candidates will be responsible to maintain a professional demeanor for in-person customer interactions, answer general customer questions regarding payment options, responsible for closing and securing the payment lobby, will receive and count payments from customers in person, responsible to secure monies in cash drawer and/or location vault, track and archive payment transactions and account notes…and other duties as assigned.
