Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. Additionally, Contact Center Director develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to maintain effective operations and deliver optimal results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Contact Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Contact Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     What is the compensation?

    • Our starting pay is $14.00 an hour during the week and $15.50 an hour during the weekend.

    Opportunities to work remotely from your Georgia home exist for qualified candidates. Requirements to work from home include high speed internet, the ability to connect the computer equipment directly into the router (wi-fi is not an option), an enclosed private space where only you can be seen and heard, and no background noise. It is that simple.

    Equipment Requirements

    Don’t have computer equipment, no problem. ASuperior will ship you all of the equipment needs. Simply plug up and sign on. If you have some equipment of your own you would like to use, that is fine too. We’ll talk in more detail during the interview.

    What are the available shifts?

    We are currently seeking candidates whose availability ranges from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Sunday. Shifts are 8 hours within that range with a 30 minute paid break.

    We are seeking those who are available to work both days every other weekend. Weekend shifts vary in time from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

    We are looking for both full time and part time candidates. Part time candidates should expect to work 3-4 days per week with shifts ranging from 4-8 hours/ day in the timeframes listed above.

    • Want to work every weekend (one day or both)? We can accommodate that too. As noted above, we increase our hourly pay for any hours worked during the weekend.

    When can I start?

    • If we are pleased with your audition, we will e-mail you our application and pre-employment assessment testing. In many cases you will hear back from us the same day, and if not, expect to hear from us within 1-3 business days.
    • As soon as you complete your application and assessment, we’ll coordinate either an on site or virtual interview in hopes to meet you within 1-3 business days.
