As the Director of Quality & Risk you will:

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Drive continuous process improvement efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead investigations and analysis of adverse events, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence throughout the organization.

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality and risk management within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams toward a culture of continuous improvement.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) is preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is preferred.
