Prepares and presents audit reports for management to identify the issues and performance. Being a Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor assists with feedback and training of individuals who have contact with customers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Kentucky Blood Center is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator who will be responsible for performing administrative duties for the QA Department by managing and controlling critical documents and data.
Provides clerical support and adheres to standards and guidelines issued by regulatory and accrediting organizations such as FDA, AABB, CLIA, OSHA, State, and vendor short-supply agreements.
Reports to the Director of Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities
prints supporting documentation for Investigations / Final QA Reviews.Processing mail, coordinating project / task assignments, and follow-up notifications.
Monthly reporting; organization of quality data for trend analysis.
Minimum Requirements
related medical / healthcare experience is a plus.
