Job Title: Quality Control and Clinic Compliance Manager
Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Quality Control and Clinic Compliance Manager manages all clinic operation departments and ensures that the organization including all its subsidiaries are in consistent compliance in all applicable Federal and State Laws and Health Plan Regulations.
Job Duties:
This position is responsible for the following:
· Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
· Serve as a representative of the company and support community outreach efforts that drive patient engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· BS/BA in healthcare administration, public health, or related field from a 4-year accredited institution strongly preferred.
· High School Diploma/GED required.
· At least five (5) years of experience of increasing responsibility and managing multiple programs and clinic departments.
· Extensive experience in Healthcare Compliance.
· In-depth knowledge of the industry’s applicable laws, standards and regulations.
· In-depth knowledge of Rural Health Clinic (RHC) regulations and health plan and commerical requirements.
· Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
· Contribute to healthcare policy formulation when collaborating with provider leadership.
· Proven ability to develop strategic and business plans for all operation groups.
· Proven ability to supervise, provide leadership, and influence multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs and achieve shared goals.
· Demonstration of strong time management skills.
· An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.

Supervises: Medical Assistant Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Satellite Clinic Supervisor, Housekeeping and Office Manager

SALARY: $66,560 - $85,000 per year
