May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Contact Center Quality Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. About the job: Provides lending information to members, interview and take loan applications for credit approval. Process new accounts and other member transactions. Carry out various clerical duties necessary for the smooth functioning of the department. Handle phone, chat and online application inquiries and requests. Conduct these activities in accordance with Credit Union policies, goals and objectives established by the branch manager by performing the following duties.
