Enters orders and assists the customer with the purchase by suggesting appropriate products. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Work Helping Others as a Contact Center Agent
We are looking to hire contact center agents to work in these critical support roles. You must have flexible work hours and be willing to work a variety of shifts .
You will also need access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (satellite provided internet service will not qualify).
Onsite training will be provided.
Training and work associated with this position is performed physically onsite at our facility in Bossier City, LA . Employees may be allowed to work remotely upon successful completion of training, including OJT.
