Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and converting them into successful sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and has a passion for sales.

Duties:

- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and convert them into sales

- Utilize CRM software tools, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services

- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone

- Proficient in using software tools, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions

- Demonstrated ability to understand market trends and identify business development opportunities

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
