Aston Carter has FEMA Call Center Opportunities in Miami, Florida*

This role is in response to hurricane relief, and supporting FEMA. This role is fully onsite taking inbound calls from individuals that are impacted by natural disaster.

Responsibilities:

• Will be handling inbound calls from residents needing help finding a shelter or support.
• The representative will be responsible for locating information in AWS and FEMA databases.
• The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.
• The representative has to respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both our internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis.
• Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner..
• Update system notes to reflect first call resolution and any important information as necessary.

MUST HAVE:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience. (Call Center Preferred but not required).
• Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to keep calm.
