Summary: 

The Outreach Representative is responsible for driving admissions and cultivating collaboration, relationships and communication for Recovering Hope Treatment Center.  The Outreach Representative develops these connections with external audiences through various mediums including conferences, events, social media, newsletters and consistent referent touchpoints.  

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Drive admissions by nourishing current referent relationships and cultivating and establishing partnerships relationships by consistent and branded touchpoints.
• Attend conferences and events that align with the Center’s mission and vision and represent the Center in alignment with the Center’s brand. 
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and workshops to raise awareness about substance use disorder treatment services.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional media to effectively communicate the center's mission, services, and success stories.
• Assist in the planning, writing and managing of blogs for the Center. 
• Assist with the design of flyers, graphics and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with other staff on new ideas, directions and initiatives for marketing and communications.   
• May include planning and engagement of Alumni through the Center’s Alumni Community. 
• May include planning and engagement of Employees through the Center’s Workplace Wellness Committee. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and other relevant stakeholders to promote our treatment center.
• Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to create joint initiatives that address substance use disorder prevention and treatment.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting specific demographics and geographic areas to reach individuals in need of substance use disorder treatment.
• Conduct educational presentations and workshops in schools, workplaces, and other community settings to provide information on substance use disorder, prevention, and treatment options.
• Develop and distribute informational materials to increase understanding and reduce stigma associated with seeking treatment.
• Track and analyze outreach activities to assess their effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, referral sources, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Qualifications: 

• HS diploma or GED. 
• Valid Driver’s License
• Preferred: Skilled in implementing and managing marketing automation platforms, adept at streamlining workflows and enhancing customer engagement across multi-channel campaigns.
• Preferred: Previous experience in marketing or communications within a behavioral health setting.
