Ameridial Inc is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure all calls are resolved.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Comfortable using MS Office and Windows based applications
Previous experience in Customer Care and Sales
Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Must possess strong negotiation skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group
Ability to interact with all customers
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Strong date entry skills must type at least 35 wpm
Ability to sit for long periods of time
able to work schedule provided
Commit to a 4-week paid training program that starts on December 5th.
