Contact Center Representative - Outbound initiates calls to current and potential customers to sell and upsell products and services. Uses standard scripts and procedures to promote products and services. Being a Contact Center Representative - Outbound processes orders and documents customer requests, interactions, outcomes, and feedback in the system. May make follow up calls to confirm details of orders or provide additional information. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Outbound requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Outbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
