A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
As a Call Center Representative, you arrive each day full of energy and ready to serve our members by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner via telephone or electronic correspondence. With professionalism and a cheerful attitude, you will research and solve routine member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts or direct them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance. This includes monitoring and responding accordingly to member calls, voicemails, emails, texts, and live chats.
A few examples of the daily duties include, assisting members in balancing their accounts, research accounts for deposit, withdrawal, and loan-payment discrepancies, setting up remote access, bill pay, e-statements, mail, fax, or e-mail information to members and prospective members, order debit cards, and answer questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, Visa cards, IRA's, as well as our other products and services. You will also have opportunities to utilize your product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the financial needs of our members. WORK SCHEDULE
This Full-time entry-level banking position typically works 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday and on a rotating schedule, (approximately once per month,) on Saturdays 9:00 AM -12:00 PM.
