We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Outbound Customer Service Representative/ Inside Sales Representative at our reputable plumbing and trenchless company. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative/ Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our innovative plumbing/trenchless sewer solutions. Your passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the plumbing and sewer industry will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads via phone :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Utilize various channels, such as cold calling to generate leads.
- Outbound calls on open estimates left for customers by service professionals or project managers.
- Outbound calls on current text or email marketing campaigns to schedule service appointments.
- Follow Scripting and designated workflow.
- Schedule follow-ups, send text and email reminders to potential customers.
- Other tasks as assigned by leadership.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
3. Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our trenchless sewer solutions.
- Follow up with customers on open estimates within 24 hours of initial service appointments.
- 30% or higher close rate.
- 125 outbound calls per day minimum standard.
5. Team Collaboration - Collaborate effectively with the internal team, including service professionals, project managers, dispatch, customer service representatives, Install Coordinator, and members of leadership, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Install Coordinator to ensure accurate scheduling of Install and Trenchless Teams, proper materials, and positive and productive workflow
- Assist with incoming calls as needed to support the office coordinator and customer service team.Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Inside sales, preferably in the service industry or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
