Contact Center Representative - Outbound jobs in Parkersburg, WV

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative or BDC Agent to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proven track record of success in a high-volume outbound calling environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making 100 calls per day, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of CRM systems.

McClinton Auto Group, a family-owned tradition in Parkersburg, WV for over 109 years, is seeking highly motivated BDC / Call center Reps to build our department from the ground up! We're looking for the best of the best - individuals with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the talent to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make 100 outbound calls daily to generate leads and appointments for our sales team
• Be a master of communication, effectively conveying information and building rapport with potential customers
• Actively listen to customer needs and identify the right vehicle for their budget and lifestyle
• Demonstrate a high level of detail orientation, accuracy, and focus
• Be coachable and eager to learn
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, following established scripts and guidelines.
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and/or close sales.
• Accurately update customer information and track call outcomes in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a call center or dealership setting is needed
• Proven ability to build relationships and connect with people over the phone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
