Join the HALO Precision Diagnostics owned Urologic Institute team where we are hiring 2 Call Center Representative to support our team in Palm Desert. Our team members have excellent communication skills in dealing with patients, clients, visitors and staff, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. We provide exceptional customer service to all patients by answering/screening and responding to telephone inquiries from our phone system queue. One year of experience in a medical office or medical call center and bilingual preferred.

• Effective communication skills and active listening skills.
• Answer calls promptly and in a very professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to all patients, clients, visitors, and staff.
• Comfort patients by anticipating patients' needs and requests.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Provide general administrative support (e.g., correspondence, faxes, out-going and in-coming mail, lab work, medication, referral, and medical record requests etc.).
• If bilingual, assist with language translation between patients and staff members when needed, to help ensure understanding between our fellow employees and patients.
