Contact Center Scheduler is responsible for monitoring the contact center workload and scheduling function. Assists in analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Being a Contact Center Scheduler utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Assists in maintaining and adjusting staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler may require a bachelor's degree. About Tippet Rise
Tippet Rise Art Center is located in Fishtail, Montana, against the backdrop of the Beartooth Mountains, roughly midway between Billings and Bozeman and north of Yellowstone National Park. Open Position: Visitor Center Assistant
The Visitor Center Assistant works closely with the Visitor Center Manager to facilitate a positive guest experience for visitors and special guests upon their arrival at the art center and throughout their visit. The Visitor Center Assistant will also work with other members of the Tippet Rise team including the Co-Directors and the Communication and Guest Experience Manager.
The Visitor Center Assistant will primarily be responsible for checking visitors in and out, familiarizing them with the art center and their planned activity (hiking, biking, van tour, concert, etc.), answering questions, selling merchandise, and generally helping our guests and visitors have a wonderful day and experience at Tippet Rise.
The Visitor Center Assistant will work both independently on tasks and collaboratively with co-workers. The position requires excellent customer service and organization skills with high attention to detail. Most importantly, the Visitor Center Assistant will be a team player and will be willing to collaborate, pitch in, and adapt, as needed, with Tippet Rise colleagues.
Employment Details
Terms: Full-Time Seasonal
Dates: early June through late September 2023. The open season runs from Friday, June 16th to Sunday, September 17th. This position is expected to begin no later than Thursday, June 8th.
Hourly Wage: The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour. The salary represents Tippet Rise Art Center’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
