Contact Center Scheduling Supervisor jobs in Syracuse, NY

Seneca Nursing and Rehab Center in Waterloo, NY is a skilled nursing home facility looking for a driven individual interested in being our Staffing Coordinator . This is a Full-Time opportunity.

Schedule is Monday- Friday 8am-4pm with some flexibility.

Only a short drive to a scenic location - 8 minutes from Senecca Falls, 13 minutes from Fayette, 14 minutes from MacDougall, 15 minutes from Dublin, 16 minutes from Geneva and Tyre, 17 minutes from Phelps, 19 minutes from Clyde, 25 minutes from Savannah and Clifton Springs and 29 minutes from Auburn!

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling nursing shifts
• Answering phones
• Checking for Call Offs
• HR responsibilities
• Review and update daily postings for NYS
• Filling paperwork
• Assisting in interviewing of CNA's

This position requires a fast paced, driven individual with great customer service skills. Individual should be willing to assist in tasks no listed above upon request. Working well with staff is a must. Ability to utilize computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook is Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
