What You’ll Do
As a Team Leader, you will motivate and coach your team of Retail Assistances to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience, while optimizing sales.
You will lead a team by providing in the moment’ coaching and training on Primark ways of working with ongoing feedback.
Supporting the colleague experience, you will engage the Retail Assistants in your team with an emphasis on recognition, communication, and wellbeing.
Daily, you will collaborate with the store management team to support the running of the store and develop a high performing and engaged retail team.
