Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.     A Day in the Life as a Branch Manager

    As a Branch Manager, you ensure that your branch operates by Kohler Credit Union's standard of high-energy, world-class service and reaches specific sales and service goals.


    You are primarily responsible for the direct supervision of the Contact Center's day-to-day operations. You are the rock that your team depends on for consistent support.


    Much of your time is spent coaching and mentoring the front line staff to maximize their performance. You hire, train, and promote teamwork among employees. You uphold a strong sales and service culture within the branch. You and your frontline staff build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members that lead to referrals. You oversee day-to-day branch operations including but not limited to: timely completion of audits, assisting the Branch Operations Manager in executing budget and strategic planning, and ensuring all administrative and operational tasks are managed. You also spend some time each day helping to resolve complex technical and operational problems that arise.


    You are a coach, a problem solver, and a communicator. You spend most of your day interacting with people, both employees and members. You ensure that procedures have been followed and all branch transactions are balanced at the close of each day. You get great satisfaction out of keeping your branch's daily operations running smoothly and efficiently so that our members receive the best possible service.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Requires 4-6 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a financial institution
    • Compliance with government and other regulations affecting the credit union industry

    Any previous experience in leadership, sales, lending or community relations would be helpful. Are you enthusiastic about the credit union movement and passionate about customer service?
