Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of client needs
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Implement positive behavior support strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Skills:
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, preferably in a special education or behavioral therapy setting
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Note: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have RBT certification.
