Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data related to children with autism, developmental disabilities, and special needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement behavioral therapy interventions.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to BCaBAs and RBTs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current on research and best practices in the field of special education and behavioral therapy.
-Lead Analyst will assist with ABA assessments and Behavior Support Plans for each client.
-Lead Analyst will provide weekly supervision hours for our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
-Lead Analyst will demonstrate programs to parents and interact with parents regularly as part of the client's behavior therapy program.
-Lead Analsyt will maintain client data, graphs, and daily progress notes.
Requirements/Education
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB),
- Master degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (BCBA)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (BCaBA)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs.
