Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.     The Financial Analyst provides financial planning and analytical support to all functional areas of Chumash Enterprises. This position is responsible for analyzing financial data and will partner with leadership on solving business problems.

    Financial Planning & Analysis is a Shared Service. A Team Member in a shared service structure, works within a dedicated business unit (including people, processes, and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service and is focused on defined business functions. These units typically serve multiple business groups enterprise wide, and typically have established Service Level Agreements.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:



    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, or related discipline.

    Experience:

    • Two years’ experience in finance or analytics, preferably in the hospitality and/or gaming industries.
    • Experience and knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau.
    • Experience and knowledge of analytics tools such as Alteryx.
    • Experience and knowledge of business planning tools such as Anaplan.
    • Experience with capital project valuation methods calculations, including net present value analysis, internal rate of return analysis, and weighted average cost of capital calculation.
    • Experience with project management methodologies.
    • Experience fulfilling a role on a project team.
    • Experience and knowledge of business process management and methodologies.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Understanding of basic analytical techniques, including aggregate analysis, correlation analysis, trending analysis, and sizing estimation.
    • Is passionate about and has a strong understanding of the hospitality and gaming industries and the various lines of business within an integrated resort.
    • Understanding and experience in establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across an organization.
    • Is passionate about and has an understanding of the hospitality and gaming industries and the various lines of business within an integrated resort preferred.
    • Solid proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite with expert MS Excel skills and a basic understanding of SQL.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
    • Must be able to communicate financial information in a clear and concise manner to financial and non-financial Team Members, both verbally and written.
    • Demonstrated willingness to engage with business partners and build relationships.
    • Creative thinking ability.
    • Project management skills.
    • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
    • Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Multi-task oriented.
    • Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
    • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
    • Native American hiring preference applies
