Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. Our mission is to equip and empower our caregivers with the right tools and resources needed to provide our clients with an extraordinary care experience, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

    As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in our organization by establishing relationships with care professionals, nurses, and clients to match, schedule, and coordinate care services for our clients so they do not go without care.

    We want to hear from you if you are a steady and methodical individual who delivers quality work on a consistent basis and cares about older adults.

    Roles & Accountabilities:

    • Develops and maintains a systematic high-volume scheduling process that includes communicating interactions with customers, clients, and coworkers. 
    • Provides direct support to Case Manager
    • Collaborates Care Team to ensure all client’s needs are met
    • Ensures client schedules are 100% accurate so the client goes with staffing.
    • Verifies schedules daily to ensure billing & payroll can be processed with no errors by the necessary individuals.
    • Communicates schedule changes with the client’s primary contact keeping them informed of schedule changes.
    • Gathers and updates caregiver and nurse expired HR documents such as car insurance, driver’s license, professional licenses, and more, and tracks their sexual harassment training.
    • Recognizes and provides positive feedback regarding caregivers who have made accomplishments or have gone above and beyond their daily job functions to the care team and in coach-up care.
    • Serves as primary phone handler in answering, screening, and directing mainline calls in a manner that leaves a positive impression.
    • On-call for weekends and nights on a rotating schedule

    Required Experience:

    • Associate Degree or other related Certification combined with work experience.
    • 3 Years work experience in a fast-paced office environment.
    • 3 Years work experience staffing and managing the schedule for 15 clients using an EMR.
    • 2 Years work experience being the first point of contact for main office calls.

    Job Type and Compensation:

    • Full-time - 40hrs/wk
    • $23-$25 based on experience

    • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM
    • Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
