Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. We're looking for someone to provide high-level account services in our Fenton Contact Center. A well-qualified candidate would have banking experience, heavy volume call center experience, or both.
    The CCR position is sales and service oriented providing financial advice and assistance to Alliance Credit Union members and potential members conducted primarily via the telephone, internet and U.S. mail. The CCR position also serves as the primary contact for all Electronic Services. The CCR position requires a moderate to expert degree of financial management and banking knowledge with the ability to listen and solve member financial needs and problems by offering appropriate credit union products and services. This position is that of a financial service consultant and member advocate. The CCR position requires the ability to move from problem solving to product and service consulting and document and forms management with a high degree of accuracy. The CCR must have the ability to identify member financial needs and apply appropriate products and services solutions from the menu that Alliance Credit Union offers. The CCR must be an Alliance Credit Union advocate who enthusiastically demonstrates the brand promise and brand experience for members.
    • Contact Center Reps start at $17-18 (depending on experience)
    • $2/hr weekend shift differential for Saturday mornings
