Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Contact Center Technical Specialist

    What does a great Technical Support Specialist do?

    You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot remote deposit and digital check scanner products. You'll support high call volume caseloads and will have an opportunity to ensure a customer experience and order success.

    What you will do :

    • Provide escalation level technical support.
    • Respond to inquiries that are highly complex in nature and diagnose issues.
    • Support application, IT hardware and software products.
    • Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
    • Own issue resolution and coordination with external resources to include product development as well as external software and hardware partners.

    What you need to have :

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
    • Experience installing and troubleshooting software or hardware
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    What would be great to have :

    • Experience providing support via remote desktop
    • Knowledge of firewalls and drivers
