Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Responsibilities/Duties
    Would you find it fun and challenging to:
    • Be the first point of contact for our customers who call in, sometimes with only questions, but many times with account problems;
    • Help customers find the answers they need while protecting them from giving out information to other people who would misuse it;
    • Pay attention to the details that the customers give you, and ask questions if you need to verify further, to make sure each caller is who they say they are and that their request is legitimate;
    • When you are not able to help a caller, find the person in the Bank who can;
    • Build relationships with your phone customers so you can help them figure out which products and services will help them the most;
    • Having growth and advancement opportunities; and
    • On those days when you have callers who may be a bit testy, creatively figuring out ways to make their day!
    Required Qualifications
    • High School diploma or GED
    • At least 12 months of experience in customer service or banking
    • Great communication skills
