We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Content Manager to oversee the creation, development, and optimization of all digital and print content. The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial background, exceptional communication skills, and a keen understanding of content strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

Manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and designers, to ensure high-quality and cohesive content production.

Plan, create, and edit compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

Conduct content audits and stay abreast of industry trends to optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and product development, to align content with overall brand messaging and goals.

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content channels.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance content delivery and user experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.

Strong editorial skills and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in content management systems and familiarity with SEO best practices.

Starting Salary: $40,000 (with all qualifications)
