Requirements:

• Proven experience in the agency environment, catering to both large-scale enterprises and small businesses, with a specific focus on digital content strategy encompassing SEM, social media, and other digital channels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to cultivate strong relationships.
• Organizational and time management skills are a must, alongside a professional demeanor with a great sense of humor (we are a fun group!)
• Two or more years of hands-on experience in project management for digital content and/or social media strategies, including SEM campaigns.
• Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and adapting to diverse industries and creative techniques.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, effective communication, and anticipation of client and team needs.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leadership roles and familiarity with data analytics platforms and marketing tools are a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Digital Content Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies encompassing SEM, social media, and other digital channels, aligned with the organization's goals and target audience preferences.

· Conduct thorough audience research, competitor research, and content audits to identify opportunities for optimization across digital platforms.

· Establish content guidelines, editorial calendars, and workflows to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of digital content.

Digital Content Creation and Management:

· Oversee the creation, production, and optimization of digital content across various channels, including SEM campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

· Develop messaging frameworks and creative concepts that resonate with target audiences across different digital platforms.

· Lead the development of compelling, customer-centric digital content across various formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Project Management and Collaboration:

· Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align digital content strategy with business objectives and customer needs.

· Lead creative brainstorming sessions and stay abreast of industry trends to drive innovation in digital content strategy and execution.

· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in digital content strategy and execution.

· Assist as a client point of contact for communications of routine clients projects

· Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and address client needs related to digital content strategy and performance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

· Ensure strategies have a measurement framework to assess the performance of digital content initiatives, including SEM campaigns, social media efforts, and other digital channels.

· Monitor performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

· Develop AB testing strategies and measurement plans to continuously improve digital content performance and drive business results.
