We are seeking an honest, outgoing individual with strong leadership skills, ready to grow. Retail/sales experience is required. NO WEEKENDS! Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer entering our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair our customers' vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understand.
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
• Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a team atmosphere at all times.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Directly supervise and manage 6-8 employees.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in Fixed Operations and/or Service Management.
• Solid track record in automotive repair estimating and repair order generation.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills.
