Experience and Skills:
We are seeking candidates who have a successful track record in managing all operations in a Senior Living environment preferable as an Executive Director, Registered Nurse, or Administrator.
Knowledgeable in the applicable state and federal regulations. Demonstrated success in census building, revenue generation, staff retention, customer satisfaction and fiscal management. Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget. Must be available by phone at all times if needed by the facility Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
