    • Supervising and overseeing daily activities for a class of children.

    • Performing any other assigned duties.
    • Availability for both early morning and closing shifts.

    Qualifications:
    • Must meet all state requirements for this position.
    • Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience, specifically with children under the age of 3
    • A friendly and outgoing demeanor.
    • Exceptional professionalism and dependability.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to remain composed under pressure.
    • Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in multitasking, and effective time management in a fast-paced setting.
    • The capability to interact with students of all ages and skill levels.
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. in scenarios related to child handling for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
    • Ability to create lesson plans utilizing Creative Curriculum.
    • Ability to work through a transitional period. 

    Job Type: Full-time

    Experience: Teaching Early Education (1 year minimum)
