We are an award-winning professional engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and municipal services firm headquartered in historic downtown York, Pennsylvania, with a satellite office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We were founded in 1994 with a passion for providing great service to our Clients while designing Project Sites that are innovative, constructible, and cost-conscious.
Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will use your land development experience, design knowledge, and skills to create and manage innovative projects through the preparation of site layout, grading, utility and landscape plans, as well as stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure designs. You'll also be responsible for obtaining local, state, and federal approvals and permits for various projects. Experience with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal ordinance requirements/approvals is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- 5 years of related experience.
- PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
- Land development project management experience is very beneficial.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
