As we grow, we are adding strategic roles to enhance our team. This role will provide
support to and will report to the Director of Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will handle contract preparation, negotiation, and administration, ensuring compliance and safeguarding company interests. Specific responsibilities may vary and include:
· Prepare and draft various contracts, including purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service level agreements (SLAs), and master service agreements (MSAs).
· Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties, ensuring alignment with company objectives and minimizing risk.
· Review and analyze contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Secure necessary approvals for contracts through established internal procedures.
· Maintain a centralized repository of all contracts and related documentation.
· Track contract deadlines and ensure timely performance by all parties involved.
· Process and manage contract amendments and modifications.
· Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth contract execution and adherence to terms.
· Assist with contract closeout activities, including final reconciliation and documentation.
· Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting contracts.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree, strongly desired
· CFCM or related certification, a bonus
· Minimum of 4 years of contracts administration experience required
· Detailed knowledge and thorough understanding of General Services Administration (GSA)/federal contracts, proper drafting, negotiation and use of contracts, subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Teaming and other forms of agreements
· Experience monitoring contracts/subcontracts of various levels of complexity and value, and negotiating terms and conditions
· Strong time management and organization skills, detail orientation, and demonstrated ability to think critically, and manage to completion multiple projects with limited supervision
· Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools
· Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, and other federal agency acquisition regulations
· Knowledge of the terms and conditions appropriate for different contract types (FFP, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) and their proper use
· Knowledge of pricing and principles
