About The Engagement:
A Site Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of an organization by handling various administrative tasks and helping the onsite and management teams. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Other responsibilities include:
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for team members as needed.
- Collaborate with security to request access for onsite resources
- Manage access, issue badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Track onsite team’s hours and expenses
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with onsite team for supplies to be ordered.
- Provide support in organizing staff meeting and onsite activities
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related client security and privacy.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a related role.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Must be based in the United States. And must be based in the local region as this is an on-site opportunity.
