The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately input customer contract and ancillary charge information into LIMS to ensure accurate billing and records in the GL. This position is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of LIMS as rates and other sale information changes.
What you will be expected to do:
- Accurate set up of customers, haulers, destinations/sources, and outside suppliers, including updating account codes as needed
- Accurate set up of standard sales, haul, transfer and direct bulk purchase contracts
- Update rates, fuel surcharges, zone mileage, and other ancillary charges as needed in LIMS
- Update trucks and trailers to transport table, including insurance certificates
- Process Settlement Manager, including invoices for customers and statements for haulers daily and weekly
- Import and post journals daily
- Process stuck tickets, WS loads, and import loads daily; ticket exceptions and date errors daily; ticket rollbacks and retroactive adjustments weekly
- Respond to AR, Haulers, Customer, and Mill requests daily
- Process month-end load accrual, month-end yard load accrual, and monthly accrual reversal
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with LIMS is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software. Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as identify and solve problems
