Position Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager or Program Manager with a proven track record in leading projects through change and efficiency improvements. As an assertive leader, you will guide teams through challenges while adapting to evolving project needs.

Compensation: $125K-$150K

Direct Hire: 100% onsite position

Qualifications:

• Proven success in a Project or Program Manager role, ideally within electronics manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• PMP certification is a plus
• 3 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical product management
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Confident, assertive leadership style, able to handle pushback and drive results
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects, overseeing scope, timelines, costs, and quality
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and resources
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to management and external stakeholders
• Drive change, improve processes, and ensure project success despite challenges
• Oversee vendor tasks and ensure seamless integration
• Guide teams with technical and analytical support
