    The NSIS Contracts team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts Manager in either Herndon, VA, Norfolk, VA or Aberdeen, MD to manage and administer a $600M portfolio of company contracts and a growing portfolio with $4B in active opportunities supporting a wide range of scope and mission for the US Army within the Engineering Support & Solutions (ES2) Organization.   Please note that partial telecommute is a possibility based on mission and customer needs

    This position is integral in supporting our sector’s growth strategy and the ideal candidate will be able to impact business outcomes, collaborate across the line and functions, cultivate customer relationships with DOD, Intelligence, and Commercial Customers, and shape and create contracting solutions. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the following:

    • building and maintaining relationships with the Contracting Officer or Prime Contractor,
    • negotiating NDAs and TAs,
    • participating in proposal reviews,
    • conducting OCI screenings,
    • providing risk assessments and recommending mitigation approaches,
    • negotiating price, terms, and conditions with clients,
    • interpreting contract terms and handling subsequent issues, and
    • attending client meetings, IPRs, PMRs

    Additionally, the Contracts Manager will:

    • Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments to include proposals and contracts,
    • Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop shaping and negotiation strategies for contract price and term and advise management of contractual rights and obligations
    • Lead negotiations with customer contracts and procurement counterparts
    • Ensure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government regulations
    • Influence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices
