Contracts Administration Manager prepares and administers bids, proposals, and commercial and government contracts that follow company policies and legal requirements. Manages the contracts administration staff and guides compliance with complex contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Contracts Administration Manager negotiates with suppliers, partners, or customers. Ensures contracts are administered and monitored to maintain compliance with the terms of agreements. Additionally, Contracts Administration Manager has a strong understanding of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Sometimes requires certification like the NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). Typically reports to a director. The Contracts Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Contracts Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The program manager will work with a highly skilled team while providing planning, scheduling and support to the government customer for major program integration & execution activities. Candidate will monitor program status with regards to technical milestones, contract performance, and risk.     MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • 10 years program management experience; 8 years with a master's degree
    • Planning and monitoring program execution experience
    • Project coordination and managing project interdependencies
    • Creating and managing an IMS and budget
    • Identifying and addressing problems and risks
    • Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
    • Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes
    • Must have current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses
