o Leading and managing the on-site construction team.
o Attending production meetings.
o Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget and ensuring adherence to these.

o Placing orders for materials and is responsible for equipment and materials on site.
o Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
o Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
o Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.
o Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
o Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
o Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
o Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
o Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
o Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
o Meet contractual conditions of performance.
