    Job Responsibilities/Primary Duties:

    Administers company proposals and contracts in accordance with FES policies, government regulations, and customer requirements. Accesses, tracks and identifies potential risk factors and issues. Monitors and follows applicable laws and regulations. Works as a liaison between internal and external parties to ensure all proposal and contractual obligations are agreed to and met. Facilitates customer/program communication and relationships, including day-to-day interface and issue resolution. Negotiates pricing, delivery and terms and conditions. Navigates through customer sites to obtain Terms and Conditions, Purchase Orders, Requests for Quotes, etc.. Attention to detail, ability to work independently and as a part of a team, effective and clear communication, both written and spoken, and a strong work ethic is highly desired. Knowledge and navigation through FAR/DFAR and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements is a plus.

    Basic Qualifications: Must be a United States citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States (no sponsorship). Background Check/Credit check required. Must be able to pass Drug/Alcohol Test.

    Education: College degree in a business-related field such as administration, management, finance, accounting, or pre-law and/or 3 years’ experience in government contracting.

    Related work experience required: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to gain proficiency in CostPoint & other relevant software systems.
