Crooker Construction is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated candidate to join Team Crooker as a shop administrator. As our shop administrator, the selected candidate will be responsible for the administration side of the mechanic shop.
The primary responsibilities will include receiving orders for the shop and communicating with various roles to confirm invoices and order details align. These duties will include data entry, communicating with co-workers, matching invoices, fleet renewal and new registration, and other miscellaneous tasks directed to assist with the day-to-day work of the department.
This is a full-time year-round position.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to produce accurate work while meeting all deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Solid math skills
· Strong organization and both verbal and written communication skills
