The Position 

The Claims & Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting the Risk Services department in researching, analyzing and synthesizing information on all types of claims and contracts. This position works closely with the Claims & Contracts Manager, as well as team members from all different departments. 

If technical legal research is your passion, this may be the position for you!

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: 

• Knowledge of contract law, claims litigation, legal procedures, and insurance coverages
• Skill in technical legal research, negotiation, communication, and time management
• Associates Degree and/or paralegal certification required
• Juris Doctorate degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of formal legal experience with emphasis on property & casualty insurance contracts or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
