Location: Milan, IL (Onsite Position)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors, ensuring legal and business requirements are met.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, from creation to execution and renewal, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and sales teams, to gather necessary information for contract creation and execution.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Track and maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Address and resolve any contractual issues or discrepancies that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
