CMENT has an on-going need to hire acquisition professionals, nationwide (for remote projects) and in the Washington, DC area (for Hybrid and on-site projects) .
Required Qualifications
Junior Level - Minimum of Three (3) Years of Experience & Bachelor's Degree
Mid-Level - Minimum of Five (5) Years of Experience & Bachelor's Degree
Senior - Level - Minimum of Ten (10) Years of Experience & Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract writing systems such as PRISM, Comprizon, SPS, PD2
- DAWIA Professional or Level I, II, III - Contracting
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Provide recommendations on acquisition strategy
- Support market research and the issuance of market surveys
- Support development of requirements related documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Develop pre-award documentation to include Determinations and Findings (D&F) and Justification and Approvals (J&A), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and more.
- Preparation of solicitation documentation and amendments
- Provide guidance on proposal evaluation (technical, price and cost analysis)
- Support development of award documentation
- Post award support to include exercise of options and assist in the resolution and documentation of performance issues and problems, including letters and correspondence for CO signature.
- Contract closeout in accordance with FAR 4.804
- Administrative tasks related to the federal acquisition process
