Job Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Contracts Manager will help interpret, understand, and communicate contractual requirements and obligations, formalize the documentation of agreements with clients and vendors, support the negotiation of all service agreements, and manage day-to-day contract administration activities for the complete contract lifecycle.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Elaborate and build all the contractual negotiations and discussions with stakeholders (e.g., Customers, Strategic Partners, and Subcontractors).

Develop and implement a standard process that streamlines and supports the preparation of small to large-scale project contracts.

Aid with contract language interpretation, negotiation guidance, and support for contract renegotiations and modifications.

Serve as the main point of contact for all contracts ensuring strong communication, coordination, and timely execution of tasks across all departments involved.

Provide timely updates and reports on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of contracts to all project stakeholders.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings and serve as a liaison to address and resolve issues that arise during the contracts management process.

Organize and run monthly contracts management meetings.

Review contract guidelines and gather required forms (insurance, work scopes, budgets, etc.)

Secure appropriate signatures from organization Executives.

Submit contract packages to appropriate agencies via online platforms, mail or in person.

Track and release of all contract-required notifications.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background

Bachelor's degree in engineering, law, or related degree with an MBA preferred.

5 years of career progression in contract management including experience with large and complex projects of $10MM plus.

Project Management Certification preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of EPC Contractor, key supplier’s activities, and projects contracting scheme under various partnerships (development, construction, financing).

Possess contractual and commercial knowledge to ensure contract compliance, overall commercial integrity, and timely delivery.

Knowledge of legal, contractual, and commercial terms related to construction activities (construction law, insurance, labor, and employment – prevailing wage)

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
