    Job Description

    We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes by analyzing product and manufacturing methods. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing systems, procedures, and techniques. The ideal candidate should have outstanding knowledge and understanding various processes involved in foundry and at least 2-4 years of experience is required. A bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical or Industrial engineering is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and communicate quality issues to suppliers.
    • Work with suppliers to provide corrective actions (Both ICA and PCA).
    • Collaborate with suppliers and production teams.
    • Support Supplier development on PPAP and QCLDM metrics.
    • Track Return Material Authorizations
    • Perform Root Cause Corrective Action and document PFMEA 
    • Worked with design engineering to identify and resolve equipment and tooling-based issues.
    • Responsible for all process control related functions in support of foundry operations.

    Education/Experience:  

    • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical or Industrial engineering required. 
    • At least 2-4 years of experience is required

    Required Skills:

    Knowledge on RCCA, PFMEA, Experience with PPAP and APQP.
