Duties

• Perform inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest problems and potential infestations.
• Develop and implement tailored pest management plans that prioritize safety and effectiveness.
• Apply a variety of pest control treatments, utilizing safe products and methods in compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate with customers about pest issues, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided, including treatments applied and customer feedback.
• Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and assist them in creating a pest-free home or business environment.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and vehicles clean and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional service delivery.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in pest control is a plus.
• Valid pest control license.
• Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be physically able to perform job duties, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environmental conditions.
• Clean DMV record
• Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
